I grew up in Mexico close to the Mexican shamanic wisdom and ALSO western medicine. Inside of me there was a deep resonance towards plant medicine but also a lot of scientific doubt about if whether that was a path that could benefit me really.
In a moment in my life where I thought I had it all
As a teenage I experienced a major depression. I remember even years after it passed a part of my body was still dormant. I didn't feel fully ALIVE. I coudln't enjoy all the things that life had to offer me. And that also included SEX.
I had no idea where to start. How I wanted to feel. And if there was something more even.
After different types of therapies I felt great, but I missed still a deeper sense of meaning and connection with myself, my sexuality, and my relationships....
My life looks very different right now
