Lya is a Relationships & Sex Educator, Tantra therapist, Plant-medicine guide, and Food Priestess.

After a life-changing experience in 2010, she was completely disconnected from life, her body, and the pleasure of being alive. Lya followed a towards learning around Consciousness that brought eventually into Tantra as an way to falling in love deper with life.

She has studied within different tantra traditions and touched upon both spiritual traditions. She weaves this together with her 10 years of leading teams in corporate, creating Gastronomic events, and 8 years of training in Trauma-informed psychology, Non-violent communication, and travels with Indigenous cultures and learning from the ancestral science of plant therapies.

She firmly believes that Intimacy is sacred, and there can be very simple ways in our day a day to make space, time and way to honour it and connect deeper. From food, ritual, a walk or making love.

She is the voice behind The Visionary Institute, a platform that develops tools for daily sexual wellbeing in couples. She is also Co-founder of Paradigm Xchange, where she hosts worldwide conferences and psychedelic networking in Amsterdam.
