    My name is Lya, and I started my journey with Sexuality, feeling very skeptical that there was something for me to explore

    For years I was the classic high achiever - driven, independent, chasing the next goal. I looked successful on the outside - but inside? the sex life with my partner was a mess, I was soaked by work, disconnected from my body - and my hidden passions

    Between 2018 and 2022, I burned out. I thought I needed rest or find a new job and everything would go back to normal. But it didn't

    Not only my nervous system crashed. But also my identity collapsed.

    I was not anymore "my work"; "my next business venture"; "the successful one"

    I went to the root deep into it. Yes i had the typical travels that opened my eyes and heart. But if you wanna know what really happened was: I learned to feel. Not just think. It felt like for the very first I could understand that I was put in a feminine body, that simply didn't know how to use it!! (so I burned out)

    My path into Tantra Therapy created a profound shift in me . I spent years studying with some of the world best teachers. Eventually turned it into my life's work.
