Hi I am Lya Serrano, Intimacy & Men's Coach. And the Founder behind the the Visionary Institute
People constantly feel touched by the way I experience the connection with my Body and my Sexual energy. This was not always like this.
In 2010 I survived a life-changing experience that shut down completely my sexual energy. And in general my drive for life. I felt a stranger in my body, and lost the connection with pleasure in general, and experienced intimacy while being in my head.
My endeavors in different Neuroscience-based techniques, Somatic, and spiritual traditions gave me a new approach to understanding my connection with Sexual Energy. In particular, Tantra therapy - the leading somatic intimacy therapy approach- shifted profoundly the way I connect with the innocence and wisdom of my sexual energy.
My Sexuality became my driver to learn how to feel my body, and also to reconnect with Intimacy in deeper ways that go beyond the physical part only.
I believe strongly that our Sexuality is one of the most hidden and challenging areas in our lives - yet where we hold the most vital Energy and Personal power. I'm here to help you awaken it again, expand and use it to live a turned-on Life. 💛
