I am Lya I am Relationship Coach and therapist, and Founder of the Love Institute

A few years ago I quit drinking. I realised that going out to loud and crowded bars wasn't too much my thing, but I still missed the social nights. I struggled to find places and events where I can have fun, but also relax, have deeper and more meaningful conversations, feel inspired beyond the surface level.

This is why I started intentional in person events: deep connection parties, sober networkings, and dinners focused on topics where people actually meet each other - authentically, honestly, and without masks.
